Post High School Placement ReportÌýfor students enrolled in NYSED-approved CTE programs who reached the concentrator level and left secondary education any time during the 2023-24 school year due to the Office of CTE. |

First-time Applicants:Ìý Both first time and returning applicants that did not apply for funding in the 2024-25 program year, with an individual allocation of or greater than $15,000 and whose programs meet the Perkins V definitions of size, scope, and quality as verified in the Student Information Repository (SIRS) at the time of application, must submit a letter of intent to apply by March 15, 2025, to both the fiscal agent of the consortium joined in the prior year and to the Office of CTE. A PDF copy of the original letter should be sent to emsccte@nysed.gov. A completed Comprehensive Local Needs Assessment (CLNA) is then due to the Office CTE by April 1, 2025.Ìý The CLNA must be submitted in Excel format to theÌýOffice of CTE. The application and budget forms are submitted after the Office of CTE reviews the CLNA and provides feedback to the new applicant.Ìý |

°ä´Ç³¾±è±ô±ð³Ù±ðÌýapplications for re-approval of CTE programs to continue to be offered in the 2025-26 school year due to the Office of CTE. Please note incomplete applications will be returned.Ìý NEWÌýAny issues identified by the Office of CTE must be resolved immediately. Failure to receive program re-approval from the Office of CTE by September 30, 2025, will result in a lapse in the program. Lapsed programs will be removed from the NYSED-approved list and in NYSED’s Information Reporting Services’ Level 2 data, resulting in student CTE data being blocked from SIRS reporting. These lapsed programs are not considered to be active, and therefore, they are not eligible to award the 4+1 CTE Pathway, integrated/specialized academic credit, and the technical endorsement beyond the 2024-25 school year.Ìý |

°ä´Ç³¾±è±ô±ð³Ù±ð applications for initial approval of new programs to be offered in the 2026-27 school year due to the Office of CTE. Please note thatÌýall applications that are incomplete will be returned to the applicant and will not be considered submitted for deadline purposes.Ìý NEWÌýAny issues identified by the Office of CTE must be resolved immediately. If program approval is not obtained by December 1, 2025, students will be ineligible to enroll in a NYSED-approved program for the fall of 2026, and student data cannot be reported to the Student Information Repository System (SIRS) for the 2026-27 school year.Ìý |
