This memo is to inform all Perkins applicants for the 2022-23 program year, that the annual allocations are now posted on theÌý. Public school districts and BOCES acting as fiscal agents are eligible to apply for secondary Perkins funds if they:

1. Offer at least three (3) NYSED-approved programs in three (3) different career clusters that meet the definitions of size, scope, and quality;
2. Offer NYSED-approved programs with approval expiration dates of 6/30/23 or later; and
3. Generate an allocation of $15,000 or more, or enter a consortium whose combined allocations are over $15,000.
